i’m a full-stack freelancer and consultant fascinated by consciousness and the future of working, learning and living.
i help high-impact individuals design tools and systems that increase their awareness, effectiveness, efficiency and fulfillment.
alongside my consulting work, my long-term mission is to help create an alternative society designed to nurture human potential.
my first contribution towards building such society is what i call the wolf operational system – an optimized operational system for the 21st-century human. i’m slowly developing this and will continue to do so in the upcoming years, until it’s ready to go to market.
the main topics i’m involved with are: holochain, virtual reality, consciousness expansion, self-optimization, community building and alternative economies/lifestyles for intentional co-living.
(buzzwords, i know! but i can’t think of a better [and short] way to explain this)

here’s my story in a nutshell: (2-minute read)
in 2016, at 17 years old, i was the first brazilian participant accepted into praxis, a professional development program composed of a 6-month professional bootcamp followed by a 6-month apprenticeship at a high-growth startup.
i went to san francisco and worked at metadata.io for a year. i was hired as a sales/customer success representative and six months in, i had changed areas, been promoted to advertising operations manager and was already managing millions of dollars on advertising spend and leading a 3-person team.
it was an amazing experience. but at the same time, my goal on that journey was to develop the skills i needed to run my own business one day. things like sales, marketing, leadership, operations.
i had learned a lot. and although there were many things still left, i noticed that my growth was starting to slow down and i was starting to lose my motivation, because i wasn’t connecting with the company’s purpose anymore. i wanted to work with something more challenging and that had a bigger impact in the world.
so i joined high stakes academy. i describe the whole process in this post (in portuguese), but here’s a very condensed summary:
i decided to pay $7.000 to cancel my green card process and take a 60% paycut to come back to brazil and work with them.
i call goffi – hsa’s CEO – the brazilian tim ferriss. he’s the former n° 1 brazilian poker player and he created a 3-month online course about productivity and lifestyle design that i took back in 2016. i had been a fan for a few years.
i joined them and learned so much in my 6 months there.
but then it got unsustainable. when i was accepted into praxis and joined metadata, a certain quote resonated a lot with me: “don’t be afraid to take a big step if one is indicated. you can’t cross a chasm in two small jumps.”
that was the mindset that had brought me there, but now it had stopped working. this time i wasn’t prepared to be there, pretty much 24 hours/day with some of the most amazing people i met.
the problem wasn’t my technical skills. it was my poor interpersonal skills and emotional control. what was needed from me was a more aware, mature, sensible and empathetic cássius. but i was failing a lot at trying to be that person. and feeling constantly overwhelmed by not meeting that standard.
in october 2018 we agreed that the best option was for me to leave and take some time to explore who i’ve become and find my center again.
trying to fill this void, i lived with friends, met new ones, traveled, started building amazing things, did some freelance, etc… but i slowly saw that what i needed was time and space to absorb everything i learned from 4 years of non-stop action.
now i’m at the point where i healed some of the deepest wounds and am working on getting back to the world. of course there’s still a lot of inner work to be done, but at least i can come back to being reasonably productive in a more calm, more mature way. 🙂
